The entire staff, from the member who called me direct to confirm my reservation to the maintenance guy who acknowledged us with a smile in the hallway, my adult kids and their kids were all treated with kindness and respect. Lovely views of river and antique pieces throughout the property, still under reservation.

Nice and clean and by the river. The wood work in the dining area was gorgeous as well as the Italian Boar statue in the lobby. I have seen the original one in Florence, Italy and it was awesome that a replica was in this hotel lobby. Unexpected surprise.

The room was great, but the pillows were too fluffy, I forgot to bring mine.

Breakfast was amazing the server was sweet and informative. She was excellent on Saturday and Sunday. The check in ladies on Friday 6/23 exceeded my expectations. They were kind, patient and courteous.

Quiet, nice staff and rooms. Beds were firm but not too firm. Didn't stay for breakfast, but it looked good. 12' tall ceilings in rooms, you felt dwarfed. Interesting place, would stay again.

Everything! Good breakfast, comfy bed & pillows, soft towels, genuinely friendly & helpful staff. Gorgeous view of the river from my room. I will definitely be back!

The morning breakfast staff was amazing! So nice and helpful!!! The breakfast room was cozy with a fireplace and great view! Room was spacious and cozy! Entrance was cool!

Location was in a quiet area. Hotel was older, but was recently updated and remodeled.

The breakfast was amazing. The woman who was our hostess that morning is so very good at her job…it was delightful watching her. She definitely loves what she does!
